We wanted to start by saying she [Mona] was there
for us for everything. Whatever we needed, Mona was
ready and willing. She got all of our estimates for
our house because we could not attend the house inspection.
Brandon was away and she did everything he was supposed
to do (get mortgage companies specifically). She helped
me through the entire process when I was away. I felt
very comfortable even though I really couldn’t
be there to do anything. She didn’t complain
or argue or try to change my decisions. Although we
wanted to buy every house we saw, Mona kept us level
headed. We went into one house and she was looking
around like she was our mother. We really appreciated
it because we are first time homebuyers.
