We decided it was time to downsize as our children
were on their own. We put our house up as "For
Sale By Owner." We then decided to list our home
with one of the better-known real estate companies.
Their promises to us were never fulfilled and were
not aggressive in trying to get our house sold. Arlene
kept in touch with me throughout this period and in
October we decided to list with her. We had a Sales
Agreement by November 17, and she sold it herself!
