I am writing to strongly recommend Arlene Guastella
and their entire team. I have nothing but good things
to say about them.
I had financial limitations, geographical limitations,
and physical limitations and Jeff dealt with me very
patiently. He was never afraid to give his opinion,
and to look around for probable pitfalls in a house.
I, for one, appreciated his candor and assistance.
At the same time, if I was willing to overlook some
minor details, he was already planning ahead on how
to handle those issues during the buying process.
I felt at all times he was thoroughly and completely
on my side. His assistance even extended to finding
a thermostat manual for me late the night I moved
into my house, when I could not figure out how to
turn on the air conditioning.
When it came time to sell our house and buy a new
one, I asked around at my company for recommendations.
Everyone who had gone through the process had used
Arlene and her group, and they came highly recommended.
I will do the same to the next person at our company
who buys or sells a house, because I have nothing
but praise for them.
